PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Personally Identifiable Information is information that could potentially identify you as an individual, for example name, email address or postal address, and the information provided here falls under the Consent/Contract headings as defined by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
USE AND STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
When you supply any Personally Identifiable Information to our system, we have legal obligations towards you in the way that we use that data. We must collect the information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and with whom we will share it.
Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be used by Paul Fisher Shop and our App service providers and only for providing you with information; dealing with your inquiries and requests; providing and personalising our services; and administering records. It will only be disclosed to other parties where we are obliged or permitted to by law.
We use industry leading database solutions, SSL certificated systems, server-side authentication and data encryption to ensure all data transfers including Personally Identifiable Information are as secure as possible.
We will hold your Personal Information on our System for as long as you use the service you have requested and for a further period of 12 months thereafter so as to provide a verifiable audit trail, although you will not be contacted in this period.
NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE AGGREGATED SITE BASED DATA.
Many of the Proludic Sport products are provided free of charge to residents and users, and paid for by housing developers or local government. In order for them to see what pieces of equipment are the most (or least) popular we aggregate usage information on a completely non-personally identifiable aggregated basis. These aggregated pieces of information are presented on a site by site basis via the I Can Make You A Supermodel App to site owners on request/application. Only Proludic company officers and specific site owners are permitted to see site specific information, and the information is never available on an individual or personally identifiable basis. This information is collected under the Legitmate Interest headings as defined by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
We will hold your Non-Personal Identifiable Aggregated Site Based Information on our System for as long as the service continues unless you ask us to remove it.
